Training on the SquatRack supports natural movement patterns by aligning the bar path with the body’s centre of mass. Adjustable contact points accommodate different lifters and exercises, while the rigid wall-supported construction minimises lateral movement and is kind to knees. This stability allows you to developing your strength, improve coordination, and load control across fundamental barbell movements with ease, enabling you to repeat heavy exercise under the correct mechanics designed to support your strength.
