1. Payment Policy

This policy applies from January 6, 2026, until further notice.

A. Product Pricing

All product prices displayed on this website include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

B. Payment Method

Our company currently accepts bank transfer only.

Customers are required to transfer 100% of the order value to the company’s bank account. Orders will be processed and placed only after the payment has been successfully received and verified by our company.

Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

2. Refund & Return Policy

A. Refund Policy

Refund processing time is calculated from the moment the order cancellation is confirmed or when the system records approval for a refund after a successful return process.

  • Customer Credit Card / Debit Card
    TechnikGym processing time: 1–3 working days
    Refund method: Credit Card / Debit Card
    Bank processing time: 5–30 working days, depending on the issuing bank.

  • Customer Domestic ATM Card / Internet Banking
    TechnikGym processing time: 1–3 working days
    Refund method: Domestic ATM Card / Internet Banking
    Bank processing time: 7–15 working days, depending on the issuing bank.

  • Customer Cash or Bank Transfer
    TechnikGym processing time: 5–7 working days
    Refund method: Bank transfer
    Customers will receive the refund within 1–3 working days after processing.

B. Return / Exchange Policy

TechnikGym Shop currently does not support product exchanges or returns due to personal preference, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.

Customers are requested to check the condition of the goods immediately upon delivery and may request an exchange or return only in the following cases:

  • The product received does not match the type, model, or specifications stated in the order or on the website at the time of purchase.
  • The order does not contain the correct quantity or is missing components.
  • The product shows visible damage to packaging or product condition, such as tearing, peeling, or breakage.

After receiving the goods, TechnikGym Shop will only process return or exchange requests if the customer provides a video recording of the unboxing process.

The video must clearly show:

  • The shipping label on the package
  • The quantity of items received
  • The condition of the product

For product returns, customers are required to record a video while packing the product before sending it back and send the video to TechnikGym via Zalo.

Customers are responsible for providing relevant evidence or documentation to support any claim regarding missing or damaged goods.
