This policy applies to all products sold by HAUSTECHNIK COMPANY LIMITED (TechnikGym Vietnam) through this website.
1.a Warranty Coverage
NOHrD branded products are manufactured by WaterRower GmbH (Germany) and distributed in Vietnam by TechnikGym.
Products sold through our website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.
Standard warranty period:
• 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
The manufacturer may offer an extended warranty of up to 2 years on certain components when the product is registered according to the manufacturer’s warranty program.
TechnikGym will assist customers in contacting the manufacturer or authorized service centers for warranty inspection and support when necessary.
Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided in the official user manual.
1.b Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following situations:
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper use
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Normal wear and tear from regular usage
• Failure to follow maintenance instructions provided in the official product manual
• Damage caused by improper installation, transportation, or storage after delivery
1.c Warranty Claim Procedure
To request warranty service, customers may be required to provide:
• Customer name
• Address
• Phone number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the product condition
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
In some cases, customers may be required to send the defective component or product to an authorized service center for inspection.
1.d Warranty Costs
If the warranty claim is confirmed as valid, repair or replacement of the defective component will be arranged according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
If the inspection determines that the warranty is not applicable, the customer may be responsible for:
• Inspection costs
• Repair costs
• Shipping or transportation costs
1.e Spare Parts Warranty
Spare parts supplied by the manufacturer or authorized distributors are covered by a 90-day warranty from the shipment date.
1.f Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the manufacturer and distributor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of consumers under applicable law in Vietnam.
2.a In-Stock Products
For products available in stock within Vietnam, the estimated delivery time is: 5 – 10 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, logistics conditions, and public holidays.
2.b Made-to-Order / Out-of-Stock Products
For products that are not currently available in stock, TechnikGym will place an order directly with the manufacturer.
The estimated delivery timeline for these products may take up to: 180 days
depending on manufacturer production schedules and international shipping conditions.
Customers are required to pay 100% of the order value in advance for made-to-order products.
After receiving the payment, TechnikGym will:

2.c Delivery Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect the product condition upon delivery.
If any damage, missing parts, or incorrect products are found, customers should notify our support team immediately and provide photos or videos for verification.
2.d Delivery Conditions
Delivery services may be provided by third-party logistics partners.
TechnikGym is responsible for coordinating shipment but is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Logistics service disruptions
• Customs procedures
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Unexpected manufacturer production delays
