BODYWEIGHT TRAINING

The WallBars foldout bar is designed for effortless functionality—simply pull it outward and lock it securely into place to create a stable, weight-bearing support. Once extended, it enables a wide range of upper-body and suspension-based training exercises, such as pull-ups, chin-ups, leg raises, and resistance band work.

Rungs

CHOOSE YOUR WALLBAR

Different rungs for different needs. The NOHRD WallBars are available in two sizes: 10 or 14 bars, with a spacing of either 10 cm or 18cm between rungs. The 14-bar Wallbars provide greater choice of grip-heights that can also be used as a fastening accessory equipment, allowing you to extend your range of exercise.

COMBITRAINER

With the CombiTrainer, you can effectively train all muscle groups in multiple positions: sitting, lying down, or standing. The rolling seat and lying surface glides quietly along the guide rail and is covered with a special non-slip surface, ensuring a secure grip during your workout. The special, foldable stand sits firmly on the floor and adjusts its angle as the height of the WallBar is changed. After your workout, the CombiTrainer can be stored away compactly for maximum storage efficiency.

MULTI-ADAPTER

The multi-adapter is a horizontal bar that allows you to extend the range of exercises on your WallBar. Whether as tricep support or as horizontal bar, all variants ensure you get the most out of your equipment.

LEATHER-BOUND

INCLINE BENCH

The incline bench serves as both back support and seated training option, allowing you to suspend it from any rung from the WallBar. After you finish training, the bench can also be stored upright to save space.
