SmartRow is an intelligent power meter that provides a highly precise measure of WaterRower performance. The electronics inside SmartRow measure absolute force and stroke length to calculate power output. Performance data wirelessly transmits via Bluetooth to the free-to-use WATERROWER Connect app on your smartphone or tablet (iOS and Android compatible).

SMARTROW METER

The SmartRow power meter is integrated into the Performance Ergometer, replacing the S4 Performance Monitor from the WaterRower Original Series to provide more advanced tracking. The WaterRower handle is connected to SmartRow, where a strain gauge and accelerometers precisely measure the force applied with each stroke. Each SmartRow unit is individually calibrated to guarantee accurate and reliable data.

ELEVATED FOOTBOARD

The footboard on the WaterRower Performance model is specially designed for increased durability, ensuring secure foot support for high-intensity rowing workouts. Simply unhook the heel rests from the pegs, slide them up or down and hook them back onto the pegs to set the desired height.

XL RAILS

The WaterRower Performance Ergometer frame features our extra-long rails, adding an additional 100 mm length to your machine for your row. We recommend the XL Rails for folks over 2 metres tall.

built-in function

PHONE & TABLET ARM

The built-in WaterRower Phone & Tablet Arm allows you to view your device and access your training data in real-time. When not in use, it can be folded flat and stored upright. The WaterRower’s center of gravity lies in its water tank which enables you to effortlessly lift it at the rail-end. In any position, the water remains safely in the tank. Rubber dolly wheels allow for easy manoeuvring around your home.
