PATENTED SIDELOCK SYSTEM

In collaboration with Gungnir of Norway, we are proud to integrate their patented SlideLock™ System with NOHRD WeightPlates. This elegantly engineered system answers a persistent problem for weight lifters: insecure plates, noisy collars, and compromised safety under heavy loads. It works by using an internal lockign system into the bar sleeves itself that automatically locks after sliding into place, thereby removing any friction points so that both bar and plates enjoy longer service life. The result is safer, faster, and more efficient transitions between between sets so that your attention remains on form rather than gear.

LOAD PROGRESSION

Our selection of WeightPlates ranges from 0.5, 1.25, 2.5, 5 to 10 kg, allowing you to progress through your strength training with flexibility and precision. The 25 mm centre bore ensures effortless loading onto our barbell, 'the Dumbler', while maintaining a secure, stable fit. This wide range of increments supports gradual load progression and balanced strength development across all levels of training.
