A subsidiary of NOHRD, Pilates Scandinavia specialises in Pilates reformers handcrafted from solid wood in Furulund, Sweden. Founded by Elisabet and Frederik Prag, two professionals who have taught the method pioneered by Joseph Pilates for more than 30 years, the couple draws on their extensive instructional expertise to create a range of Pilates equipment that embrace the core tenets of the practice itself: controlled movement, flow, and mindfulness. Paired with Nordic craftsmanship, the equipment reflects Scandinavian minimalism form whilst thoughtfully designed to support mind and body connection through every session.
