With the Rollholz, fascia training becomes an effective yet comfortable experience. The ergonomic grooves of the Rollholz distribute pressure across the structures during back exercises. In practice, this relieves pressure on the spine while evenly distributing it across the muscles (erector spinae) and connective tissue.
