Beyond the natural depth and beauty these panels offer, their functionality as padded step benches and training platforms extends the StepTower’s versatility, allowing you to perform step-ups, seated movements, elevated drills and balance work.

The NOHRD StepTower houses 4 complete dumbbell sets ranging from 2.5kg to 10kg that each live their designated compartments. This range of weights helps you maintain a strength training routine that effectively engages all muscle groups without strain. Precision-manufactured from nickel-plated steel and finished with wooden end discs, they embody NOHRD’s signature design approach that features sustainable materials, technical precision, all thoughtfully crafted by hand.

COMPACT & UPRIGHT

The padded top functions as a comfortable seat or workout bench. By using the step boards individually or stacking them, you can create different height levels for seated exercises, reclined positions, or dynamic step workouts. Four resistance bands can be attached with carabiner hooks to any side of the StepTower’s base. Available in different tension weights, they allow you to perform rows, presses, rotations and leg exercises, expanding your training options and enabling targeted strength and mobility work within one multifunctional sculpture.

Tucked away neatly on the other side of the StepTower is a complete selection of yoga and regeneration equipment.
