SAILING WINCH

Inspired by the cranking motion used to winch sails, the WaterGrinder innovates this movement for an effective upper body strength and endurance workout. The smooth, water-based resistance replicates the fluid power demanded in real winching, engaging the shoulders, arms, back and core in a continuous, full-range motion. With 8 adjustable crank positions, you can easily tailor the rotation radius to increase or decrease training intensity.

Engineered for versatility, the WaterGrinder features extendable dual-handle arms that allow you to precisely adjust leverage and positioning throughout your workout. Shorten the arms for increased resistance and power-focused training, or extend them to create a longer, smoother rotational path ideal for endurance sessions. This adaptive arm system accommodates a wide range of movement styles, grip variations and user preferences, ensuring a comfortable and effective workout regardless of strength level or training objective.

REHABILITATION TRAINING

The heart of the WaterGrinder is the water tank with its ergonomically shaped paddle, which provides realistic water resistance during your workout. The harder you crank, the more intense the resistance. The grinder can be used while standing or sitting, with either side facing outwards. The seat position is height-adjustable which– thanks to the wide feet design of the frame– allows wheelchair users to train their core and upper-body.

IMMERSIVE FUN

INTERACTIVE MONITOR

The WaterGrinder’s new interactive monitor is designed to bring a dynamic and gamified workout experience to you. Choose from daily guided workout sessions or games such as ‘propel the fish’! The monitor can be swiveled to either side of the WaterGrinder, providing you with full overview of your performance while you train.
