The freestanding YA'FI Training Tower was developed by martial arts experts designed as a self-supporting striking system for boxing, kickboxing, and functional combat training. Standing at a usable striking height of 1.75m, the tower allows full-range punches, elbows, knees, and controlled kicks. Its interior is constructed entirely from high-density foam, engineered to absorb impact evenly while protecting joints during repeated strikes. Designed to stand freely, the YA’Fi requires no wall or ceiling anchoring, making it suitable for flexible training environments where permanence is neither possible nor desired.

At the core of the YA’Fi is a fully foam-based interior designed to manage force dispersion across the entire striking surface. This construction reduces peak impact stress while maintaining sufficient resistance for realistic feedback. The foam density is calibrated to support repeated, high-frequency strikes without deformation, allowing consistent performance over time. This makes the YA’Fi particularly well suited to technique training, conditioning work, and prolonged sessions where control, safety, and material resilience are essential.

The YA’Fi achieves its stability through four integrated concrete base elements, providing a combined counterweight of 75 kilograms. This low centre of gravity allows the tower to remain upright under impact while preserving dynamic movement. The structure can be tilted up to 30 degrees, enabling reactive motion that simulates an opponent’s response. This balance between mass and mobility supports realistic training without the rigidity of fixed installations, allowing the tower to move, recover, and reset naturally after each strike.
